(Poutin is an absolutely hideous mixture of french fries and crumbly cheese that for some inexplicable reason, some Canadians eat. Gag me with a spoon. Other Canadians eat fries with gravy. But at least fries and gravy taste good together. By the way, while in Canada be sure to try a Nanaimo bar. It's a brownie topped with a custard layer and then a layer of chocolate icing. Yum!)
