Walla Walla is a tiny town in southeast Washington, known mainly for sweet onions, Whitman university and a state prison. But there's also a Seventh-Day Adventist community (who don't eat meat and run the only organic grocery in town), taco stands, Spanish ads in the laundromat, and a car-repair place with funky metal statues. And one, count 'em, one Starbucks, which is the most happening place in town.
