I was planning to attend the protest Monday evening, but ended up working late so I could get my ezine out so I could take Tuesday off. One of my coworkers, Jason2, suggested we could do work-related posters ("Down with software patents! No intellectual property laws!") so we could say we're working, but I didn't want to be pinned down to just making that statement.

Posters had been plastered all over town for two weeks urging a one-day strike Tuesday.
