Greek festival

Yanni, Emmanual and Athanasios (Tom) --- three Greek friends from an Orthodox church I used to attend. This was during the annual festival, when Emmanuel got roped into roasting souvlaki (=shish-kebabs).

I am so envious of Greek families, with plenty of siblings and cousins, and how they can go visit some island in Greece in the summer and find that half the island are relatives. I have no siblings, and my nearest cousin is ten years older than me.

In the Missoula series you'll meet one such family, the Lambros-Stokstads, who has been especially good to me.
